
Are you wondering where to start and what you should do to start your fitness journey? Let me take out the guess work! With my home gym and functional style workout equipment, I'll create a custom workout plan for you!
These sessions will use the specified time you chose to get in a full workout. Every other week, we will sit down for an additional 15 minutes to go over nutrition to make sure we are staying on track, outside of the gym, to reach your goals.
Along with your training with me, I will provide you with workout plans to have on days you're not meeting with me. This way we will get to your goals faster! The workouts for outside of the gym with me will be tailored around what you have access to, whether that be a full gym, minimal equipment, or no equipment.
Let's get you started today! There are different options with this, we will sit down and decide if once or twice a week with me would work best for you and how long would work best for each session!
30 Minute Session, 1 Time Weekly: $40 per session/ $160 per month
30 Minute Session, 2 Times Weekly: $40 per session/ $320 per month
45 Minute Session, 1 Time Weekly: $55 per session/ $220 per month
45 Minute Session, 2 Times Weekly: $55 per session/ $440 per month
60 Minute Session, 1 Time Weekly: $70 per session/ $280 per month
60 Minute Session, 2 Times Weekly: $70 per session/ $560 per month

If you're looking for help and aren't able to meet in person, we will video chat and go over our full training session so there's no guessing when it comes to your workout plan!
We will go over the workouts that are on your plan for that week. Once a month we will go over measurements to track your progress! Every other week we will dive in deep to go over nutrition to make sure you are on track to meet your fitness goals.
These video meetings will take 30 to 45 minutes.

1 month commitment, 1 time a week: $35 per session/ $140 per month
3 month commitment, 1 time a week: $32.50 per session/ $130 per month
6 month commitment, 1 time a week: $30 per session/ $120 per month


Buddy training is available for people who like to workout in pairs. Buddy training sessions will be similar to the 45 minute one-on-one sessions. If virtual, we will spend about 15 minutes prior to the workout to go over any questions. After our conversation we will proceed with a 45 minute workout. The breakdown for buddy training is $50.00 per person for each session. At this time, I only offer training for 2 people at a time.
